MONICA L.CLAVEL of Zone IV, Iba reported and surrendered a serpent eagle (alleged) to our office through Barangay Zone IV. After handing the bird over, the bird of prey was then surrendered to Botolan Wildlife for better handling with the help of PENRO Iba and Sir Yves John Bricks Akle of DENR-EMB in coordination with CENRO-Masinloc through Sir Henry Apostol and Sir Norberto Bunos.

This has been the second time Ms. Clavel reported a stray bird to our office.
